Shipping Policy

Shipping within Australia only. All products are made to order with up to 2 weeks turnaround time. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be prepared. However if products are in stock,  we will ship them within 48 hours. Shipping time will take around 5 - 7 business days.

Return Policy

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. 
You have 30 days to return a defective item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging.

Your item/s need to have the receipt or proof of purchase inside the packaging that you have returned.

Items will not be accepted if:
- You have attempted to reassemble the product once broken

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
